As promised on our Facebook page, once we reached our 1000 likes we were going to give away 4 sample jars of our fabulous chalk based paints. 2 sample jars of Maison Blanche La Craie Paint and 2 sample jars of CeCe Caldwell Paint.

A little bit  information on these 2 amazing paint companies.

 CeCe Caldwell’s Paints are eco friendly. These mineral paints have no Volatile Organic Compounds, are non-toxic and have no odor. The paint contains NO acrylic co-polymers, solvents, formaldehyde, ammonia, ethylene glycol or toxic heavy metals.  The minerals are clay, porcelain clay and chalk blended into a water based solution. I’m a decorative Finisher, animal lover and a wife to the luckiest man on earth. I have 2 beautiful fur babies (Tucker and Sophie) and if I could I would have more but there’s always my husband reminding me that 2 is enough. I love to create, paint, decorate, travel, cook, put together parties, spend time with family and my fur babies.  Anything related to home decor seems to catch my attention. I’m always dreaming of the things I can change in my house or the things I can do to improve the overall decor without spending a fortune.  I’m very passionate about paint. You can do so much with paint and the cost is minimum compared to the impact you can create with it.   That’s why I started my business 10 years ago.  We were still  newlyweds and we had just built a house. I wanted to add decorative finishes to some rooms but I couldn’t see myself paying someone to do something I knew I could do myself.  I had already finished several rooms in the past and they looked good. So I decided to take faux finishing classes.

One class led to another. One or 2 months later, I was quitting my job to start my own business.  It has been a very pleasant experience  and  along the way I have learned so many tricks and made some wonderful friendships.  I now have a studio where I teach the tricks of the trade to those of you who want to learn all about paint, plasters, etc.  We teach classes for the D.I.Y. as well as to the professionals in the paint industry. A few months ago we added more paint products to our store for anybody who want to re-purpose  a piece of furniture you already have.  Have you heard of  furniture paint that doesn’t require sanding or stripping? We have it! Our paint adheres to almost everything without having to prep before painting.  This is the reason why I’m blogging. I want everyone to know about these awesome paints.
